1. Who we are

Gaffr (gaffr.team) is operated by Arijit Ghosh ("we", "us"). When you use Gaffr you are contracting with Arijit Ghosh.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use Gaffr you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.

3. The service

Gaffr is a fantasy football game for the English Premier League in which human managers compete against automated bot teams. Paid AI Advisor tokens unlock AI-generated transfer, line-up and captaincy suggestions. Gaffr is not affiliated with the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game.

4. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or impersonation.
• No infringement of anyone's intellectual property.
• No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits.
• No reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service.

6. AI Advisor

AI suggestions may be inaccurate or out of date and are provided for entertainment only. You decide which suggestions to apply. Do not use the service for betting or financial decisions. You must not use the advisor to produce unlawful or harmful content; we may filter outputs, restrict content and suspend accounts that misuse it.

7. Intellectual property

We own Gaffr, including its software, bots, models, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for personal play. Club names and player data belong to their respective owners. Rights-holders can report infringing content via our contact page; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

8. Payments, tokens and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals and cancellations are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Tokens expire at the end of the pass period shown at purchase; monthly plans renew until cancelled and remain usable until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We do not guarantee that Gaffr will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that third-party football data will be accurate or timely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

10. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Events beyond our reasonable control excuse delays in performance.
